Losing mouse and keyboard connection

So my mouse and keyboard are now randomly not connected to my computer, and because of it i cannot click or type anything, so this page about troubleshooting my keyboard and mouse won't help because I obviously can't click anything. Anybody know what's wrong or how I can fix it?
