Q: Can i transfer paid app from iphone to ipad?

Just wanna ask how to transfer paid app from iphone 5 to ipad mini without connecting to laptop?can i use my apple id on the ipad and download the paid app ?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

    Yes you can, if it is an iPad-compatible app. Go to the App Store, click on Updates>Purchased>Not on this iPad. You should see the app with a little cloud next to it. Click on the cloud to download (you need to be on Wifi or cellular to do this. Wifi will be quick. Cellular, not so much).
