hi, i just wanna know, how much space does windows actually take on bootcamp, only windows, nothing installed.
because i've already install bootcamp, i've gave bootcamp 70GB, and it end up left only 28GB after installation was done.
i have no idea, i thought windows will only take 10GB ??
i've only 28GB left ?

Conventional wisdom was to give your Windows partition about 100GB, and that would work for "ordinary" Windows tasks (not for Video editing and such).
Be sure you do not use ANY Windows Utilities to format or resize the BootCamp partitions, or it will wipe out the Mac partition and your Mac OS X will be lost! Use ONLY BootCamp to make any changes.

if windows is only being used for business stuff, relatively small docs and spreadsheets, 40gb will be fine but you have to disable hibernation and the pagefile (google)

The OP stated that he used 70GB and has 28GB of it left, 70 -28 = 42, in what way would 40GB be enough?
I use Windows in a Boot Camp partition for "business stuff" and and find that 100GB is adequate, not too much space. I don't do any gaming, video editing, or movie watching.
I agree, 100GB is a sensible amount of space for a Windows installation.
OP, confirm how much ram is on your machine, 16gb? he notes 'high spec' in his profile
his current clean w7 install is 42gb, but that's including a 16gb hibernation file and a likely 2-8gb pagefile, both of which can be completely disabled leaving him with a true clean install taking about 15-20gb
that leaves 20gb for basic documents and spreadsheets, more than enough
related, you like to battle this point a lot. we don't all have to pick 100gb windows partitions. we have 15 win on mac machines with the vast majority running 40gb some as low as 30gb but people should know their own use case
OP, your understanding of 10gb is wrong. MS themselves lists it at a 20gb for x64
