How do I enable AT&T billing on iTunes and App Store?
I'm trying to buy ringtones without using my debit card. I want to charge it to my AT&T bill. Please help!!!!!!

Not possible to charge to your AT&T bill. Buy a iTunes gift card if
you do not wish to use your debit card (which may not be accepted in
your location anymore).
