Q: Its too long for me to remember security question, and rescure email. so how I can change them?

Hi, I made this apple id so long time ago. So now I forget security question, answer, and rescure email. Its show a.....@yahoo.com

so now I wanna change them, but I dont know how, can Apple support me to delete them so I can set a new rescure email and security question ?
