Frozen SFX

Hey all,

I'm one of those father's that has a daught all caught up in the animation Frozen.

My daughter and I filmed her in her Elsa outfit with a greenscreen. I was hoping for some suggestions on how to do some Frozen SFX.

1) the ice coming out of her hand (eg. 1:08 of the youtube clip)

2) how to do a frosty breath effect

3) an ice floor (eg 2:17 of the youtube clip)

Now, I have recieved my level 1 Motion 4 training but I have not used it in years unfortunately. I am hoping that this might be the motivation to force me to relearn some animation.
