Can't download movie rental

Purchased two movie rentals from iTunes last night, but they weren't downloaded and my bank account has already been charged. I contacted AppleSupport, but no solution. When I try to download it says: " There was a problem downloading......The network connection could not be made." However, I am able to purchase and download music. Please advise. Thank you.
