Question

How can i resolve this problem i cant sign in to my account and keep getting an Error code (11556)

I'm Running a pc with windows 7 and have an ipad 2 plus a ipod tuch which are synked to my computer. I Have a problem i hope someone can help me since i updated my my itune my files have showing up with the wrong names and ive been unable to sighn in to my account and keep getting this error code (11556) i dont know what it means any help would be greatly appreciated and my Thanks in advance cheers

"Error 11556"

This alert occurs when iTunes is trying to do something not allowed by the iTunes Store in that country.

The most common example of this is trying to sign in while limited to iTunes U by Parental Controls.

For more information, see the steps from iTunes 9: "One Moment Please" or "Error (-50)" message when accessing iTunes Store.
