faceTime HELP

i have paid for the facetime 1.0.4 and i run OS10.6.8, but evetime bump me message for cannot sign in, please check your network connection and try again

i have delete the . facetime.plist in system preferance or either block storage in the system preference but still cant login in. ::(

but i can connect internet perfectly please helpppp!!!!
