How do i delete Genieo and TuneUpMyMac?

I'm a complete novice...

How do i delete these two - Genieo and TuneUp MyMac?

Dragging them to the trash doesnt help, it stays put!

Please help, feel completely lost so hoping for some simple quick and easy steps that will work.
