iTunes Match resubscribe?
I subscribed to iTunes Match a few days ago and I only disabled it and now it says I have to subscribe
iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1, iTunes Match

As long as you are using the same Apple ID, it should not have an issue with reassociating it with your iTunes library. If you are charged again, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.
