Can't Access iTunes Store on MacBook or iPod touch
Since I can't access iTunes Store on my MacBook Air or iPod touch, I guess there may be something wrong with my Apple ID. So I just give a brief explanation about what I've done in the past 2 hours with my Apple account.
I updated my Shipping/billing address on iTunes on my MacBook first and then I began buying some songs from an album.
This album is $9.99 in total including 25 items every of which costs $2-3. I was trying how the whole 'Complete My Album' thing worked so I bought 4 singles from the album (via my iPod), which cost me around $8. So I couldn't just pay another $1 to get the entire album due to iTunes policy. Then I bought the entire album at $9.99, on my iPod. The whole purchasing process was done in Music app instead of iTunes Store. While I was downloading these items, I tried accessing my Apple ID on my MacBook but I failed.
After the 25 items were downloaded, I deleted the three MVs from my iPod. Then I tried accesing iTunes Store on my iPod and I failed as well.
Then I logged in my Apple ID on Apple website and changed my phone number.
I can't access iTunes Store on both devices now, still.
Could anyone help me, please? I really wonder if it's the problem with my Apple account, MacBook or iPod, OR even all of them.
iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 7.1, It also concerns my MacBook Air.
