Depending on what version of OS X you are running will depending on how you can delete this or hide this purchase. The best method is to hide this purchase, by following the steps in the first article below to make sure that it does not show up on your or any other devices. If you want to delete it from your iTunes library or in the iBooks app, then check out the second article to walk you how to delete the book.
