Ive been trying to reset my ipod and I cant without the restrictions code, i dont know it, my parents dont know it, so im trying to like hack it or something to get rid if it. If you know, PLEASE help me!!!!

Well, you are not going to get any help with "trying to like hack it" here.
You have to reset the device as new in order to remove the Restrictions password. You cannot restore from a backup.

Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode
- Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes. For how to restore: iTunes: Restoring iOS software
You have to either:
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
