I get error that libxslt.dll is missing. How do I fix itunes on windows 8

I recently got Windows 8. I transferred itunes from my old computer to my new computer. old had ex, new has windows 8. Get error saying that file libxslt.dll is missing. tried to fix using control panel. said was repairing but still get same error message.

I recommend following the steps in the article below when getting an error message trying to install iTunes.
