Can I schedule more than one wakeup from sleep?

I want to schedule two daily backups of my hard drive (I use SuperDuper! with Passport, not Time Machine). In order to make sure that at least one backup takes place, I've set Energy Saver in System Preferences to wake the computer from sleep one minute before the first backup happens. Is there a way to schedule a second wakeup for the other daily backup? Thanks for any help out there!
