Updating my Macbook Pro
Im trying to back up my iphone 4s on my computer but it is telling me i need a new version of itunes but my computer is saying my itunes is up to date. My macbook pro is running OSX 10.5.8

You need to upgrade the computer's OS. Click here, buy the DVD, back up your computer, install Snow Leopard, and run Software Update twice.
