System Preferences > Energy Saver > check Show Battery status in menu bar
Thank you...I already did it but it's still the same 😟
Try:
It only shows certain icons, eventhough all are set in "show in menu bar"
Do the regular menu entries extend all the way across the menu bar? If so, the system will remove status menu items to make room for the actual menus.
If not, it could be a crappy third-party menu item causing the problem with the rest.
I'm having the same problem. It happened right after the most recent security update. If I click in the blank space they show up.
