Q: Apps and email stop working for no reason?

When playing games such as Angry Birds or other apps such as Slot machines and email, the game or email go blank and the Ipad returns to the home screen. I've tried uninstalling app and reinstalling and have tried complete shutdown and restart but the issue continues. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

iPad, iOS 5.1.1

Hey there,

It sounds like your apps are closing unexpectedly. I would try quitting all the running apps on the iPad:

iOS: Force an app to close
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.

When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
