Q: My IPhone was lost and i want to get the music and books that were on it onto my new IPhone5. Help

Good afternoon, I lost my IPhone 4 and because I had insurance received a new IPhone5C in the mail. My questionis how do I get the music and books downloaded into my new IPhone since the old phone is lost and I'm sure by now cut off. to make matters worse the office computer that i used to Sync with is no longer working. Is there any way to get this .

Those items should be in your itunes media library - sync your phone to itunes.

If your music and books all came from iTunes you can download it again without charge. If you had maintained an iCloud backup of your phone you can restore that backup and get all of your content back.
