MY MAC E-MAIL HAS GONE FROM NORMAL SIZE TO FULL SCREEN AND WE LOST OUR TOOL BARS TOP AND BOTTOM. HOW CAN I PUT IT BACK TO NORMAL SIZE

My MAC's e-mail had a normal size content, now for some reason the e-mail comes in full size. I lost both tool bars(top and bottom) what do I have to do to get it back to normal size.

Hi ashbones,

Slide your cursor up to the top of the screen near the right-hand corner. You should see two arrows - click on that to exit full-screen mode.

If gail's solution does not work, try hitting the esc key. (Top left on the keyboard.)
