iTunes data for resetted laptop

I am planning on resetting my HP laptop (due to a virus), but the itunes library I have on it currently has non-purchased music. All this music is on my iPhone, is there any way to duplicate/transfer ALL the music onto the new iTunes library? I know you are able to redeem your purchased music back onto your laptop due to icloud, but is there any way for downloaded music to get put back onto a new itunes library?

iDevices are not backup devices.

All of your media and other important information should be part of your regular backup routine to safegard your data.

At the very least, copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder to an external drive. Then when the computer has been reloaded, copy that folde back to the computer.
