Viber Activation Code preventing me from using my iPhone!

Hi there,
I have been using Viber on my iPhone 4S for a while. Today, suddenly, a Window popped up claiming that my passcode has expired. I had no option other than pressing "Continue". When I did so, I was prompted to either enter the passcode and press continue, or to click on "Emergency". I tried a few times to press continue without entering any number, but it did not work. After that, I tried to enter the old passcode that was sent to me when I first registered with viber, but it was "invalid".
My iPhone is almost unusable now since this passcode window is always on the screen not allowing me to access any other app. I even failed to unistall Viber the normal way (since I am unable to navigate through the desktop pages). I launched viber and (with some tricks) tried to deactivate my account from the "More" menu. I was prompted to enter my phone number and other details. I did so, and I was SMSed a new passcode number. I tried to enter this number when I got the "expired passcode" box, but again, it did NOT work.
Briefly, Viber's posted solution of uninstalling viber, then reinstalling it again after 24 hours does not work for me because:
1. The passcode pop-up window prevents me from uninstalling viber
2. This means that I will have to live with a non-usable phone until this problem is solved!
Please help!
