DesktopsThese are user forums. You are not speaking to Apple here, and I'm sorry but we cannot respond to your question.

Apr 22, 2014 1:20 AM in response to Kappyby robbo2,I've had this question in the past. While I understand that this is a user forum provided by Apple, and Apple doesn't have control over user submitted contributions, it does have control over the Apple Support Communities website. I have a visual impairment and concur with panoramaBobl, Bob Thompson2's sentiment. It's immensely frustrating to read the same, '...I've forgotten my security questions and answers...', in an Accessibility > Vision forum.
Kappy, when you say, '.....we cannot respond.....',do you mean that this is an issue outside of contributors control, or something else that I'm not getting?
People who suffer from vision loss face enough problems in their day to day lives without having to trawl through others self inflicted mistakes. And anyway, haven't these people with lapsed memories ever heard of two step verification?
Hope this doesn't come across as confrontational. That's not my intent.

Apr 22, 2014 11:41 AM in response to robbo2by Kappy,We cannot help with questions that are supposed to be directed to Apple. We are not Apple, and you aren't speaking to Apple. So when you post a question that requires a response from Apple (not from the user forum,) then we can't help you.
The OP's post is addressed for an Apple response. We simply are unable to help. We are simply users.
