Hi Katiera,

Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on your ID, click on View Account and type in your password. Then click on Payment Information and edit it.

Change Payment Information

Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID>Sign-in>Payment Information
