automatically syncing devices through icloud

Hi,

Is there a way to get pages to sync automatically between my macbook pro and my ipad using icloud?

I've got both signed in and icloud is enabled but I can't see any documents being shared either way between the two devices.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), with ipad mini

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Have you tried resetting Documents and Data at iCloud.com

On the iOS device have you ensured iCloud is enabled in both iCloud and Pages settings.
