2011 Mercedes Benz C300 Bluetooth Problem

My 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 has bluetooth capability. I have an iPhone 4s and I can connect to bluetooth no problem and I can make calls as well without issue. But I can't play music through YouTube, Pandora, my music files on the phone, or any apps for that matter. Do you know how I can get any music to play on the bluetooth in the car?

It's the same issue with Porsche and BMW. Reason is the Bluetooth protocol the entertainment systems are using. Porsche and BMW offer upgrades for the firmware of the entertainment systems. Not sure if mercedes is offering something similar. You should ask your local mercedes dealer.
