When i first open my ipad air it was really rally laggy then when i updated it to 7.1 the stuttering on the home screen and everything were almost gone but the games,
It runs really laggy and has low framerate in the games like temple run 2, smash hit and almost all the games T_T

I just turned it off then bam all my games runs flawlessly!
I can even run smash hit on high quality without lagging!
I think the assistive touch on ios 7 has a bug that needed to be fix

All games, or one in particular? It sounds like the pad thinks it is busy doing other things. Try shutting aveything down. Radios, other apps, bluetooth. anything you can find - to take the load off the processor. Then, when it seems ok, begin to introduce that other stuff until you see what is causing the issue.
if you really want to run it down, there is a nifty app called Status. One of those screens displays CPU activity. At idle, I run between 5-10% CPU usage, and you should too. If it is running higher, then use that display to turn stuff off and on to see what the culprit is.
If this is happening on one specific app / game - check with the developer and see what he has to say
Try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.
If your iPads memory is almost full try deleting any app you no longer or rarely use. You can always reinstall them later. Don't delete the games though, you'll lose your progress. If that doesn't help I'd stop by the Apple store for a look see.
It maybe a wifi problem. One thing to try is to turn your wifi router off for thirty seconds then turn it back on. If the problem persist go to a place that has free internet and try your games there.
Normally if an app isn't working right you would delete then reinstall the app. I'm not sure if this is your problem since you're having problems with many apps. If you have a game you don't use anymore or don't have any progress try the delete and reinstall method anyway. Beyond that I'm out of ideas, sorry.
It lags when i play smash hit on high quality textures but when i saw people playing it on their ipad air in youtube im confused. It really lags when i play horn and asphalt 8 on the map of french guina reverse and temple run 2 really has bad fps :((( etc.
Hello bob im in the philippines apple sevice stores are in manila and it's very stressful to go there. My ipad air is 32gb and 10.9gb still remains. My ipad seems to lag when i play high quality games :/
