Brand new iPhone 5S and cannot get fingerprint access to work
Says try again and then just gives option to enter 4 digit code as normal?

Hi
Have you tried adding mulitple fingerprints for one finger for greater accuracy. For example I have added 3 prints for one thumb as you never get the exact same grip on the phone, Also try different fingers. If none of that works and you are still under warrenty return to an apple store they should help you or replace the phone if there is a problem
