I just bought a new mac mini, and trying to connect it with aoc monitor.
I tried mini dp to dp,hdmi to hdmi, but the monitor doesn't work!!
I have seen lots of people said that they used aoc monitor to work with mbp/mba/mac mini, what's wrong there?
Mac mini (Late 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
What specific monitor and what inputs does it have?
So y get no signal o the minir at all, even during startup?
AOC i2369vm with hdmi*2, display port, and vga.
I tried thunderbolt to dp, hdmi to hdmi, does't work...

I use hdmi to hdmi, the monitor will have a gray background like water wave, but I can't see the setup assistant that will guide me to set up my new mac mini... help !!
but when I use hdmi to hdmi to connect the mornitor to my windows laptop, it works!
I guess the monitor needs a driver for mac...
Do you have another monitor to try?
Does the monitor work on other devices?

Common misconception.
"Drivers" for Mac are few and far between.
I have two AOC 2269W monitors and I never had to, or did install anything for them. They were as "plug & play" as they could get.

I saw this post just now. Am about to buy a AOC 2369 for my old MBPro ('07). Am worried about compatibility, and the same thing happening as did to danny.qi. Is your computer a MBPro - old or new?

I use an AOC 2369M monitor with my 2012 mini, and it works flawlessly.
It worked right out of the box without any extra drivers etc.
Mini is connected via HDMI cable.
I hope you get your problem solved.
I have a late 2012 Mini.
One monitor is connected via HDMI-DVI adapter
One monitor is connected via MiniDisplay (T-bolt)-VGA adapter.
aoc i2369vm still says no signal...
