Q: iphone 4s back ups not filtering to icloud

i have logged into icloud and i have no contacts or any info but yet my back ups say they have been updated also when i try to recover account onto another phone via back mup mit says problem with back up?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1, up to date

Hello dean 88

Check out the articles below for troubleshooting issues with restoring your back up from iCloud. For your contacts, check in Settings > iCloud and look to see if Contacts are on and syncing.
