Can't connect to itunes store (error 0x80090318)

This morning i bought an Ipod touch 5g 16go and i couldn't do anything with it because i can't connect to itunes store.

I try that http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123 but it didn't work.

I you could help me answers.
