Apr 23, 2014 9:05 AM in response to Deltusby varjak paw,After 10 months it's doubtful that the Apple Store will handle a defective third-party product, though you can call them and ask. Most likely you'll need to arrange service directly with Philips. Perhaps this web page will help:
