i have an iPhone 4 and when i have 3g nothing will load like snapchat ect, is there anyway i can change this?
My three 3g will not load anythiing. I can use things like snapchat if i have wifi. Is there a way i can change this?

Talk to your carrier... (3/Three I presume?) if your data services aren't working...
Have you enabled Cellular data for said apps?
(Settings > Cellular)
