No. I did not do jail break. It is unlocked phone.
Unlocked how? That's symptomatic of a phone that was jailbroken or hacked to unlock it.
Where exactly did you get the phone?
This is carrier unlocked phone when it is purchased.
This phone is purchased in UK.
Where, EXACTLY, did you purchase it? If you did not purchase it directly from Apple, then it was not an unlocked phone. The ONLY source for unlocked phones in the UK is directly from Apple.
If you purchased it second hand, it was likely hacked to unlock it based on the error you're getting.
If you believe there is a hardware problem, then take it to an Apple store in the UK and have it checked.

There is no such thing as "istore". Did you purchase it DIRECTLY from Apple?
Make an appointment at a genius bar in the UK, or another EU country and take it in to have it evaluated.
