was wondering since i am under apple care, can i take my Macbook into an apple store and get it serviced? i.e. cleaned?
Sorry if this seems stupid, i dont want to chance opening it up myself and voiding my warranty.

AppleCare is generally only to provide the customer a service in store or on the phone when a part of the mac breaks (either the software or hardware). I would call the Apple store you intend on visiting and ask if they would do it.
What makes you think it is dirty inside?
Unless you are using it in a very dirty enviroment or there is a problem with the machine, best left alone.
