Q: Why there is a Bluetooth is present on apple devices if there is no use of it with other devices

BT on iOS devices works with multiple other devices as per this...

There are mny things you can do with Bluetooth on Apple Devices. You can use it with BT headphones, Speakers, Keyboards, In Car Media Centers, and Hands free devices.

You cannot use it with other Apple Devices or other mobile devices to transfer files, but you can use it to share interent connection between these  devices.

What exactly do you want to accomplish?
