has it worked before, or are you just setting it up.

If it worked yesterday, then relax.  Yahoo goes up and down like a yoyo. Try again in a few hours.

If you are just setting up and have not yet gotten it to work, then you are likely making some input error in the set up.  Start over and play real close attention to the settings.

    for three days... hmmm.

Find a computer - or use web mail.  Go to yahoo.com and try to log into your mail there.  If that does not work, then there is something wrong with your passsword.  Talk to yahoo  (My wife got hijacked last year, and the hikacker change the password.  Yahoo got it back, but it took some conversations...)

If it works on web mail, the delete the account from your pad and re enter it.  that sort of wakes it up, and has worked for her.

She gets that error every now and then, but it usually goes away oin a few hours.  3 days suggestes there is somethign else going on.
