Editing Safari bookmarks
Every time I move a bookmark, the edit bookmark window scrolls all the way up to the top and I have to scroll back down to where I was. How can I stop it from doing this?

Which OS X is installed on your Mac ?
Click the Apple () menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac.
The version is noted there.
Troubleshooting advice can depend on that information.
10.9.2
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
Still scrolls up
Check your scroll settings in System Preferences > Mouse
and System Preferences > General
System Preferences > Mouse > More Gestures
System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse > Mouse Options
If nothing above helps, try restarting your Mac.
Did all that and it still scroll. This behavior never happened until I upgradded to Mavericks.
