Cant log in to app store it says cannot connect to app store

It was 2-3am in the morning when i update my iphone 5 because theres an update for ios7 point aomething then i went to app store to buy an item for the game im playing it says wrong card number so i check my card and i found out that i mistakenly put a wrong last digit then after updating when i went back to app store it cannot connect to apple. Whats wrong woth it? Is it with my phone? Or is it on your technical support?
