Is it possible to set up an icloud account if i have windows XP. I have and i5 phone.

Using the iCloud contol panel requires Vista SP2 or higher. You might be able to sync contacts and calendars usine eM Client (see http://www.emclient.com/features), which can sign into your iCloud account and runs on XP. Otherwise all you can do is add your iCloud email account using these settings: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864, and access other data by going to icloud.com with your browser.
