Q: Can't view Purchased items

Where are you looking for Purchased items? You need to look in the iTunes Store. On the right-hand side of the screen is the Quick Links section. Click on Purchased there to view your purchased items.

So you are saying that you do not see a little cloud next to them?

Do you have "Not in My Library" selected?

They do not look like this:

OK, and just to make sure - the Apple ID you are signed on with is the same ID you used to purchase the items in the first place, right?

Are you running the most current version of iTunes?

If so, then try signing out of your account and then sign back in again (I know you have had to do this prior to this, but try it again)

After you sign out, reboot your computer, then bring up iTunes again and then sign in

If you do not have the most current version, see if you can get it updated then see what is what....

OK, something else to try. Sign out of your User account on your computer and sign on with your Administrator account. If your User account is  the Administrator account, then create a new account with Admin privileges and then sign on with that new account (keep the account as simple otherwise as possible).

Then open iTunes and sign on with your Apple ID again and see if you can see your purchases.

Also, you might try turning off the firewall for your AV software, or temporarily disabling the AV software altogether for a moment to see if that is what is interferring with getting the data.

Obviously - do one at a time....

And for the nonce, keep iTunes Match turned off.

OK, I've been hunting around to see what other things we can try, and check this one:

In iTunes, go to Prefrerences>Store. Make sure that "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" is checked.

If that doesn't work, I'll keep searching!
