Anyone encountered this feature in Mountain Lion missing in Mavericks? When a PDF file opens in Safari, when i click the "download" icon, there is absolutely no movement or activity, i don't even know whether i clicked on the button or not, because there is absolutely no anomiation. This is an example of really poor quality software for Apple.
