It sounds like you should use AirDrop (not AirPlay) to do what you are trying to do.

I was going to edit or delete my question because that mistake, i mean I CAN'T USE AIR DROP BETWEEN MY DEVICES. I don't know why, both work fine with other people devices, but not between them, why?? I can't find my iphone on my ipad, or my ipad on my iphone??.

The HT5887 article I reference above includes requirements from iOS AirDrop.

Do both devices meet the requirements?

Of course they do, iphone 5c, and ipad air, i was wondering if the problem is that both of them have the same account, i can't find my self, obviously i'm not my own contact.

It's really SLOW sending pictures from one device to another over email just because airdrop can't send files trough devices of the same owner (and again, i don't want to use icloud, because it is not that fast and i dont want all my content mixed up).

    This is incorrect.

I can send files between my iPad Air and my iPhone 5S using AirDrop just fine.  Both use the same iCloud ID.

So you have some other issue.

Perhaps AirDrop is not properly turned on on both devices.  Perhaps Bluetooth and WiFi are not on on both devices.  Perhaps both are not signed in to iCloud.

You can send them using iMessages.

In my experience AirDrop is hit or miss, and it seems to miss when both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.  Not sure if that's why, but seems to be a pattern in my case.
