Hello,
I am very geatfull that Compressor and Final cut supports dolby digital AC3.
I wonder why Compressor and Final Cut does not support DTS because it has a much better bitrate.
On the other hand to be honest I still ask myselve wich is better or is there a real big differents.
Still DTS would be very welcome.
Are ther any plans of supporting it.
And is it ,, really'' better.

This is a user forum and we really don't know Apple's plans. As you may know, Apple has not been very enthusiatic about optical media for several years now.
The only thing I can add to that is that there is a DTS plug-in solution for Compressor. It's not inexpensive.
