Hi, after pay for OS Lion I can not download it from app store and also it doesn't appears in purchased tab.
Any idea about this?

OS X v10.7 Lion can only be purchased from the Apple Store > v10.7 Lion Apple Store
It's no longer available from the App Store.
If you have already installed Lion, you can restore using OS X Recovery
Thanks, but following instructions of OS X Recovery, when I fill my user id and password for apple account ir says that my account has not OS Lion purchased and I'm not elegible user id.
That means you didn't purchase the copy currently in use on your Mac. Someone else installed the current copy of Lion, and only that App Store ID can reinstall it from Recovery mode.
What you need to do is open the App Store with your ID and password. Under the purchases tab, click on the button to install Lion. After that, Lion will be properly tied to your account.

Following your suggestion. I log in App Store with my Account that is same the I purchase OS X Lion 10.4 just few days ago and for some reason it doesn't appears.
If I downgrade to 10.6.8 and I upgrade to 10.7 with recovery using the App Store account that I used to buy Lion? It will work?

You should have received an email with a redemption code for Lion. If you haven't received it yet, you can't do anything until it arrives. It's been taking up to a week for the confirmation emails to go out.
When you do get it, click on the Featured button at the top of the App Store window. To the left, you'll see a link for Redeem.
Click on the Redeem link. Sign in if it asks. You'll get this screen.
Put your redemption code into the field and click the Redeem button. Lion will start downloading, and then install once the download is complete.

I will let you know when I get that email. To be honest I heard something about the Redeem code that you just mentioned but not from Apple else from a friend. Anyway, thanks for your help.

What do you receive: An email with a content code for the Mac App Store.
A content code? The email part is obvious, but not the phrasing. There's nothing on the App Store that gives you a hint for what to do with "content". It's entirely possible the email itself will spell it out, but I've never purchased anything that way myself, so can't confirm that.
Anyway, you'll be able to retrieve your purchase once you receive the email from Apple.
