I received update 7.1.1 but it demand password? The password of App ID is not usefull

The passcode you need to enter is not your Apple password. It is the four digit passcode you enter when turning on your iPad or waking it from sleep after an AutoLock. If you forgot your passcode you'll have to restore the iPad in iTunes.
