Listen podacst stored on iPad from Mac Itunes

Hello!

How can i listen podcast stored on iPad from iTunes on Macbook?

I turn of sync for music and podcast.

I remove all music from macbook and listen music from iPad, but not a podcast.

I want to move all podcast from macbook to iPad and listen it from macbook.

How can i listen podcast from iPad on mac?
