I forgot my phone password and its disabled, it says I need to "connect to itunes". I contacted my service provider and they said that I needed to connect to itunes so i can restore my stuff and then i will be good to go and could use my phone. however, when i connect to itunes i get two pop ups - 1) would you like to allow this computer to see all of carlys iphone and sync with it?
that i said yes to and there was no problem.
then, it says 2) now go on your iphone and allow access to this computer... and it loads and loads until i go do that
the problem is i cant do that because i dont have access to my phone
im on vacation and really want my phone to work please help!!!!
