my mom forgot the restrictions passcode and she looked on this site and tried to reset all settings and that didn't work then she tried to erase all contents and that didn't work the ipod still asked for the restritions passcode for me and my sister please help

You will need to restore the iPad either using a backup created before you set the Restrictions passcode or to factory settings.

You will need to do a restore on the device or from itunes and it should work if it does not work
